Yesterday my fiance returned to Sweden, so back to the scrapbooking at night for me! I really fell in love with this months moodboard ( below) over at Scrap the girls. So many stunning design elements in different shades of green..... I pulled out a bunch of different greens and made myself a variety of stamped and fussy cut embellishments to use. Unfortunately I couldnt quite find a spot for a lot of them, including the vellum balloons, but I managed to create a double page with these green photos! I did, however manage to get some stamped dandelions on the left page.... Now I have a nice pile of green themed embellishments and papers stacked up I might just make a few more similar!!
Make sure you enter this months challenge at Scrap the girls and have a look at their new design team creations! http://www.scrap-the-girls.blogspot.com.au/2015/02/february-1st-team-reveal-our-challenge.html
I really like what you've done with the layering on this page. Very pretty.
ReplyDeleteYou've also inspired me to get back to doing double page layouts. Haven't done one of those in ages!
Thanks
